**Eggent Business** is a company in Eggent Cloud, on our servers. Everyone gets an agent in a workspace of their own. What is shared (money, access, folders and documents) comes together with the administrator, in one console.

How to use it day to day is on the page [Working in a company](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md). This page covers what is included, how the money works and how to get started.

> [!NOTE]
> Companies are opened on request. Write to aiiszdes@gmail.com or to support on Telegram, and we will make your workspace the administrator's.

## Who it is for {#who}

- A team where everyone needs an agent of their own, and paying for it and watching the spend is easier from one place.
- A department that passes documents around and approves them.
- Anyone who wants to give their people an agent while keeping limits and access in their own hands.

If everything has to run on your own servers, that is [Eggent Enterprise](https://eggent.ai/docs/enterprise.md).

## What is included {#included}

| What | How it works | Details |
|---|---|---|
| A workspace for each person | Their own agent, projects, files, chats and memory. They sign in with a one-time link that works once, within 72 hours. | [People](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#people) |
| The administrator's console | **Company** in the floating button: people, teams, limits, folders and this month's spend. | [People](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#people) |
| Teams | Group people for limits and shared folders. | [People](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#people) |
| Company folders | A shared drive for one person, a team or everyone, read-only or read-write. | [People](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#people) |
| Messages | The administrator and each person write to each other, with files and Telegram notices. | [Messages](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#messages) |
| Shared files | A file is opened to colleagues to view, comment on or edit. | [Shared files](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#shares) |
| Approvals | A version of a file goes to people one after another; any change voids the approval. | [Approvals](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#approvals) |
| The administrator's agent | Adds people, sends sign-in links, resets passwords, writes reports from people's chats. | [People](https://eggent.ai/docs/company.md#people) |

## Money and limits {#money}

- **One balance.** People's work with their agents is paid from the company balance, which is the administrator's workspace balance: the credits of its plan and any bought on top. It is topped up like any other: [plans and credits](https://eggent.ai/docs/plans.md).
- **One disk.** The files of every workspace in the company count against the disk of the administrator's plan. When it is full, the agents of the whole company stop until somebody deletes something; the workspaces themselves stay open.
- **Monthly limits.** Each person and each team can have a monthly limit. When a limit is reached, that person's agent stops until next month or until the limit goes up.
- **The company's own key.** An OpenAI or OpenRouter key can be added in the console. People's requests to that provider's models go out on the key and are paid at its prices instead of from the balance, and they count against the same monthly limits. A ChatGPT or Codex subscription cannot be used for this: it belongs to one person.
- **A person buys nothing.** Their billing page shows what they spent of the company's money this month; the company pays for everything.
- **No trial.** People's workspaces have no trial and no end date: they run as long as the company does.
- **Spend in plain sight.** The console shows what each person and each team spent this month.

## What it costs {#price}

Business has no price of its own: the company is paid for by the ordinary [plan](https://eggent.ai/docs/plans.md#plans) of the administrator's workspace. A company starts at Pro, which includes one person besides the administrator.

| Plan | People besides the administrator |
|---|---|
| Trial | +1, to try it |
| Base | — |
| Starter | — |
| Pro | +1 |
| Max | +2 |
| Super | +3, and one more with every step of power (up to 50) |

Base and Starter are plans for one person: they hold no people.

Everyone spends that plan's credits and fills its disk. Need more people? Take steps of power on Super where the billing page offers them (each is another Pro and one more person); past 50, write to us about Enterprise. How many teams, folders and public chats a company can have depends on the administrator's plan too.

## Getting started {#start}

1. Write to us: how many people and how you work.
2. We make your workspace the administrator's. **Company** appears in the floating button.
3. Add people in the console, or ask your agent to. Each person gets a sign-in link.
4. Set limits, teams and folders, and get to work.

## Security and access {#security}

- Every workspace runs separately from the others. A person's files are seen only by the people they opened them to.
- The administrator and their agent can read people's chats to write a report. Every such read is logged, and everyone's agent knows it can happen.
- A person, a folder or the whole company can be deleted in the console only; the agent cannot do it.
- Files that hold access keys (`.env` and the like) are never shared.
- When a company is closed, people's workspaces are deleted with their data and the company folders, and the administrator's workspace stays as an ordinary one.

## Not there yet {#not-yet}

- Sign-in through a corporate SSO.
- A combined log of actions in the interface.
- Messages between two people, and team threads: the administrator and each person write to each other.
- Moving a person from one company to another.
