The administrator
Their workspace is the centre of the company. From Company in the floating button they add people, teams and folders, and see what each person spent this month.
Everyone in the company gets an agent of their own, with their own files, chats and memory. The administrator adds people, sets limits, hands out folders and pays for all of it from one balance, in one console.
A company in Eggent is the administrator's workspace plus a workspace for each person. Everyone works with their own agent, and what is shared (money, folders, messages, documents) comes together with the administrator.

A workspace of their own: their agent, projects, files, chats and memory. They sign in with a one-time link that works once, within 72 hours.
People are grouped into teams. A team has a monthly limit and shared folders of its own.
Every workspace runs separately from the others. Deleting a person, a folder or the whole company is done in the console only; the agent cannot do it.
Notices about messages, comments and approvals arrive in Telegram for anyone connected to the Eggent bot.

Any file can be opened to colleagues to view, comment on or edit. The file stays with its owner, and a colleague's edit becomes a version under their name.
A version of a document goes round to people one after another. Any change to the file voids the approval, so what was approved is exactly what was seen.
The administrator's agent does what the console does: adds people, sends sign-in links, resets passwords, hands out folders and writes reports from people's chats.
Every read of someone's chats is logged, and everyone's agent knows that it can happen. It cannot delete: people, folders and the company are removed by hand, in the console.
