How to create your workspace in Eggent Cloud from the website or from the Telegram bot, what the trial includes, and where to find your Eggent afterwards.

Eggent Cloud is Eggent already deployed for you: no server, no Docker and no model keys. Every workspace runs in its own private container.

From the website

  1. Open cloud.eggent.ai.
  2. Pick the language your Eggent will speak. It sets the interface language, the language of the agent's answers and the set of ready-made skills. You can change it later in settings.
  3. Fill in the form:
    • Workspace name — becomes your address, for example acme.cloud.eggent.ai. At least three characters.
    • Email — this is also your login.
    • Password — at least 8 characters.
  4. Press the create button. The workspace is usually ready in under 30 seconds. While it starts, the page asks what to do first: make a document, set up a morning brief in Telegram, compare competitors or make a file in your Google Drive — with one optional line about the task — or "I'll look around myself".
  5. Eggent opens already signed in, so you do not type the password twice. If you chose a task, the agent is already working on it in its own project.

While the workspace starts, a letter with a 6-digit code comes to your email: type it on the page to confirm the address, or press the button in the letter later. If you ever lose the password, Forgot your password? on the sign-in page sends a reset link to that email — see Forgot the password.

From Telegram

  1. Open the @eggentai_bot bot and press Start.
  2. The bot asks for the workspace name and your email and creates the workspace — there is no password to think up. It answers with a button that opens the workspace signed in, and sends a 6-digit code to your email: send the code to the bot to confirm the address, or /skip.
  3. From then on, just write to the same bot: it passes your messages to your agent and sends the answers back. While an answer is being written you see a draft and what the agent is doing right now.

A workspace created from Telegram is the same as one created on the website. To open it in a browser later, send /login to the bot: it answers with a button that signs you in. A password of your own can be set in Settings → General, or through Forgot your password? on the sign-in page.

What the trial includes

  • 7 days — then a plan keeps the workspace running.
  • Your own disk for files — 100 MB during the trial.
  • Eggent AI credits — a model is already connected, no keys needed. Every model in the list is available during the trial.

The remaining credits are shown on the billing page and in the sidebar, or just ask the agent: "how much do I have left?". More in Plans and balance.

Where to find your Eggent later

  • Workspace address: https://name.cloud.eggent.ai. Bookmark it.
  • Billing and plan: https://cloud.eggent.ai/billing/name.
  • File sync with your computer: https://cloud.eggent.ai/sync/name — see Files on your computer.

At most two workspaces can be created from one address. If you need more (a team in one office, say), write to support.
